Our survey technologies have the following features to make completion of our surveys as easy as possible:

• Quick, one-shot loading time
  Our surveys are fully loaded within a couple of seconds and in one shot. Completion can be done without any further delays: no data is sent back and forth during page navigation.
• Wizard look-and-feel
  The well-established 'Wizard' look-and-feel helps respondents to easily navigate between pages, without having to wait for the web server, because all pages are loaded in one shot.
• Question-based and page-based skip logic
  According to previously given (sets of) answers irrelevant questions or pages are not shown.
• Offline completion
  An Internet connection is only needed to load our surveys and to submit the given answers. During completion, all answers are collected offline and in batch. Therefore, respondents with a dial-up modem or other non-permanent connection are able to disconnect from the Internet during completion of more elaborate and complex surveys.
• Save & Load functionality
  Respondents are able to temporarily save the data entered before retrieving it at a later stage for further completion, even from a different location.
• Clear layout
  When using standard computer settings, our surveys are clearly laid out, i.e. respondents don’t need to scroll up or down.
• Multimedia-friendly
  All our surveys support audio and video files.
• Image pre-load functionality
  All (rotating) images are loaded immediately after our surveys have been downloaded. This means that during completion respondents don’t have to wait for the images to be loaded upon hitting the page on which the images are deployed.
• Format masks
  You determine the appropriate format respondents need to submit their data in, e.g. in compliance with the 'dd-mm-yyyy' format.
• Validation
  Validated entry fields check whether respondents give realistic answers. For example, answering "13" for month of the year is invalid.
• Progress bar (percentages or page numbers)
  Respondents can see which stage of the survey they’re currently at.
