You provide us with a list of email addresses, because we don't own any personal or business email addresses. Needless to say we treat this list as strictly confidential. No information is disclosed to a third party without your explicit written approval. Please refer to our privacy statement for more information. Many clients already paved the way for you.

• Sender and email body
  You decide in whose name the email should be sent and provide us with the subject and email body texts. We advise you where necessary.
• Personalised emails
  We recommend you send personalised emails, as experience tells us that recipients prefer to be addressed individually.
• HTML and plain text
  We send your emails both in HTML and plain text formats, for those email programs that don't support HTML.
• Hyperlink or embedded questions
  Depending on the nature and complexity of your digital survey campaign we either send a (unique) link to the survey by email or embed your questions in the actual email body text. Click here for a sample email embedded survey.
• Database synchronisation
  We can merge any existing background information you might have on your respondents with the primary results of their completed surveys. This means that the survey doesn’t need to contain questions for data that you’ve already got (e.g. name, address, date of birth, etc.). However, the report you will receive contains the complete set of data, including the 'answers’ that came from your database.
• Automatically-generated response emails
  For a direct, proactive and client-focussed survey follow-up, our technologies can fully automatically send an email to those who completed and submitted the survey (e.g. a 'thank you' email).
• Reminders
  If you require, we can send out a reminder to those who have not yet submitted their surveys after a set amount of time. Our experience shows that reminders often increase the response rate by up to 20%.
• Log file of failed emails
  Each list of email addresses is bound to contain some old and incorrect items. Soon after our email-shot we provide you with a log file of all failed email addresses (hard bounced and soft bounced) in order for you to update your database as best as possible.
