| Objective: | To electronically assess satisfaction and loyalty of council employees. |
| Challenge: | Due to the council’s internal network and firewall configuration, employees were unable to connect to external servers via the Internet. As a result, web surveys could not be retrieved, nor could any data be posted to our web servers directly. |
| Solution: | Despite these restrictions, ActiveReaction used its own generator technologies to craft interactive Microsoft Word™ documents. These documents behaved as if they were normal web surveys. Consequently, ActiveReaction could seamlessly integrate these results with data collected by other means and turn them into real-time reports. Not only was ActiveReaction able to guarantee the user-friendliness of the survey this way, but the project turn-around time was also kept to a bare minimum - without having to make any adjustments to the client’s internal network. |
